Shipping & returns

Orders are confirmed manually by our team before anything is packed or shipped. Delivery is currently available within Egypt. Orders are carefully packed and handed to our delivery partner within 2–4 working days of confirmation. Delivery times depend on your city and are shared with you when your order is confirmed. If your order arrives damaged or incorrect, tell us within 14 days of delivery with your order details and a photo of the issue. We will replace the item or refund you once we review the case. Unopened products in their original packaging can be returned within 14 days of delivery. For hygiene reasons, opened skincare and makeup cannot be returned unless faulty. Refunds go back through the same method you paid with.

Privacy & communication

We collect only what we need to run the store: your account details, order information, and the messages you send us. We use this information to process orders, answer questions, and improve the store. We never sell your personal data. Marketing emails are only sent if you asked for them, for example through the newsletter form, and every message includes a way to opt out. You can ask at any time to see, correct, or delete your personal data by contacting our team.

Partner program

Our affiliate program lets beauty enthusiasts earn by sharing ITG Business with their communities. Partners apply for an account and, once approved, receive a personal code or link. Commissions are recorded on attributed orders and can be followed from the affiliate dashboard. Partners must share honest opinions, mark sponsored content clearly, and never make medical claims about products. Spam, misleading discounts, or pretending to be the official store leads to removal from the program.

Community guidelines

Reviews and community spaces stay useful when everyone is genuine. Share only your own experience with products you have tried. Abusive language, spam, advertising, or fake reviews are removed. Reviews are moderated before they appear. By posting, you allow us to display your review in the store.
